At JMD Jewellers, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. We take extra care in packaging and handling to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We currently ship across India, covering both urban and rural areas.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.

  • For orders below ₹5,000, a nominal shipping fee may apply, displayed at checkout.

  • Certain high-value gold/silver jewellery orders may require special secure shipping, which could have additional charges.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metropolitan cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

4. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted and secure courier services, including BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, and Sequel Secure Logistics for high-value shipments.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

  • In rare cases of delays due to natural calamities, political unrest, or courier issues, we will inform you promptly.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, we will arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

  • For failed delivery attempts, you will be notified by the courier partner.

7. Packaging

  • All jewellery is packaged in secure, tamper-proof, and protective packaging.

  • High-value gold and silver items are shipped in sealed and insured packages for safety.

8. International Shipping

Currently, JMD Jewellers ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
