At JMD Jewellers, we value our customers and strive to ensure every purchase brings complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to maintain quality and authenticity.


1. Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of refund approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery for Artificial Jewellery only.
Due to hygiene, purity, and market fluctuation reasons, Gold Jewellery and Silver Jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must initiate a return request within the eligible period.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.

  • Gold and silver jewellery without a manufacturing defect.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • An item is returned with minor missing parts (not due to our error).

  • The product is not in its original condition.

  • The return request is made after the eligible period but approved under special circumstances.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing delays may occur).

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or contain a manufacturing fault.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return after processing.


9. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of an approved refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
